High Clearance
Compared to conventional land-choking solar, our systems stand 10+ feet, allowing the land to remain in standard operation.

Passive Revenue
When the sun shines so do our systems, providing a steady stream of energy – and revenue – for land owners.

Sun Tracking
Our sun-tracker cabling system allows our solar arrays to follow the sun and maximize energy (and revenue) production.

Land Health
We use terrestrial anchors and high-clearance cables, meaning less material, no razing, and virtually no disturbance of the land.

Herd Shielding
Arrays provide shelter from the hottest part of the day, allowing livestock to shelter and land to retain water.

Fully Scalable
System architecture allows for flexible scaling to meet the needs of any project or user.
“Agrivoltaics provide a rare chance for true synergy: more food, more energy, lower water demand, lower carbon emissions, and more prosperous rural communities.”
“In an agrivoltaic system … the environment under the panels is much cooler in the summer and stays warmer in the winters. Plants don’t get as stressed out.”
“When you look at the combination of solar panels and agriculture, you really can get the best of both worlds.”
“There’s a wonderful space here where we can all work together and we can do this to the mutual benefit of the land and of energy.”
“Agrivoltaics are the missing link in the whole system, because they allow growers to dual-crop, so to speak: harvest the sun and harvest plants or graze livestock under the panels.”

Our Process
Our Process
1. Property Assessment
We assess a number of factors, including solar exposure, proximity to utility infrastructure, local energy demand, land feasibility and, most important, existing land operations.
2. Permitting & Authorizations
Once the land is deemed appropriate for a high-clearance solar installation, we submit all necessary applications to local administrators and utilities for required permissions.
3. Leasing Agreement
We sign a leasing agreement with the landowner for a mutually agreed upon period of time. The lease will include monthly payments and, in some circumstances, a percentage of energy revenue sharing.
4. Development & Maintenance
We install the high-clearance solar array and maintain the installation. Note that you will have access to the land beneath the panels for the life of the agreement.
